Rocco (Roccy) Risbara III is Managing Partner of M&R Development and Maine Properties LLC and a partner in The Downs Project, Southern Maine Remodeling, Dirigo Architectural Engineering, and Risbara Bros. Construction Co., where he serves as President.

With more than four decades of experience in residential and commercial construction, Roccy has overseen a wide range of projects including homes, condominiums, apartment communities, and commercial developments. His extensive project management background and deep understanding of the development process have helped guide many successful builds across Southern Maine.

Roccy is proud of the family business legacy and the opportunities it has created for local workers and communities.

A lifelong resident of Scarborough, Roccy enjoys spending time with his family and being on the water whenever possible.
