Peter Michaud is a partner in The Downs Project and a partner in Maine Properties LLC, Southern Maine Remodeling, Dirigo Architectural Engineers, and M&R Development.

Peter began his career in the family business, helping grow a startup distribution company alongside his father and brother. Through strategic leadership and operational expertise, he helped expand the business into a multimillion-dollar enterprise that later merged with a global organization, where he served as President overseeing a multibillion-dollar operation.

Deeply rooted in Southern Maine, Peter is committed to thoughtful development that strengthens local communities. His work has included major commercial projects, distribution facilities, and luxury residential developments across the region.

Peter lives in Scarborough with his wife and remains actively involved in charitable organizations throughout the community.
