Marc Risbara is a partner in The Downs Project, Risbara Bros. Construction Co., M&R Development, Southern Maine Remodeling, Maine Properties LLC, and Dirigo Architectural Engineering. His career in the family business began early, operating heavy equipment and developing a deep understanding of site work and construction operations.

Over more than three decades in the industry, Marc has played a central role in leading the earthwork and site development division, contributing to a wide range of residential and commercial projects. His expertise in underground utilities, infrastructure, and site preparation has helped shape many successful developments throughout Southern Maine.

A lifelong resident of Scarborough, Marc raised his children in the same community he calls home today. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, hiking and snowmobiling throughout Maine.
