Jake serves as Development Director at M&R Development and plays a key role in the continued growth of The Downs, with a focus on attracting and securing commercial tenants for the Town Center.

His career foundation was built in sales and relationship management before transitioning into real estate development and construction. Through internships and hands-on project experience, Jake developed the organizational and problem-solving skills necessary to manage complex developments and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Before joining M&R, Jake worked with Dirigo Architectural Engineering, where he contributed to projects across medical, pharmaceutical, government, office, retail, and large-scale residential developments.

Jake lives in Southern Maine with his wife and children and enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time on the water in Casco Bay.
