Dave Dickey | CEO
David Dickey serves as Chief Executive Officer of M&R Development, overseeing strategy, operations, and organizational growth across a portfolio of vertically integrated companies and the transformative 577-acre Downs development.
Prior to becoming CEO, Dave served as President of Maine Properties, where he led operations for a residential portfolio of more than 3,000 units and drove significant revenue growth through disciplined financial management and team development.
Earlier in his career, Dave spent more than two decades in national sales and business development with companies including Campbell Snacks, Snyder’s-Lance, and Hostess Brands, managing hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue while consistently delivering market share growth.
A U.S. Army veteran with training in military intelligence and human behavior, Dave leads with a service-oriented philosophy rooted in accountability and collaboration. He is actively involved in civic leadership and serves on several local and regional boards.
