Bill Risbara is a partner in M&R Development, The Downs Project, Risbara Bros. Construction Co., Maine Properties LLC, Southern Maine Remodeling, and Dirigo Architectural Engineering. He also serves as Partner and Treasurer for Risbara Bros. Construction Co., where his financial expertise helps guide the growth and success of the family’s business ventures.

With more than four decades of experience in construction and development, Bill has contributed to a wide range of projects, from single-family homes to large-scale apartment and commercial developments across Southern Maine. Known for his strong financial acumen and disciplined approach to project management, his work has helped shape many communities in the region.

Bill is deeply committed to supporting his community, often contributing quietly behind the scenes to organizations such as the Maine Blue Collar Foundation.

A Scarborough native, Bill enjoys fishing, hunting, spending time at the family camp, and being with his family.
