Richard (Dickie) is a partner in The Downs Project, Maine Properties LLC, Southern Maine Remodeling, Dirigo Architectural Engineering, and M&R Development.

Dickie began his career at 17 when he joined his father and brother to launch a small distribution company from the family garage. Through hard work and determination, the company grew into a large regional operation with distribution centers across multiple states and hundreds of employees. Following a partnership with a major corporation, Dickie went on to lead logistics, operations, and development for more than 100 distribution centers within a multibillion-dollar organization.

A lifelong resident of Southern Maine, Dickie remains deeply committed to development projects that strengthen the region’s communities.

He lives in Scarborough with his partner and enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors.
